With an additional system constructed, the fresh milk that arrives before the process of pasteurization is being re-cleaned with clarification system and then re-pasteurized.

Every product Via Gelato uses in its production, be it milk, milk fat, fruits or chocolates, are being inspected in our modern laboratory. Before our ultimate products reach to you, their sample products are also inspected.

Since its foundation, our company certified its quality by the documents of HACCP, TSE and ISO 9001:2200.
